Membership in CBAC Washington is open to individuals and entities actively engaged in or supporting the commercial real estate industry in the State of Washington.

This application is for licensed real estate brokers, agents, and property managers specializing in Commercial properties.

Already a Member of the Commercial Brokers Association? No need to apply! Automatic Members’ dues of $5 per month are paid through CBA as a portion of your monthly membership dues.

Non-CBA Individual Broker Members pay annual CBAC dues of $60.
